"I can't say which is "better" since daily dramas like this always have similar revenge plots and basic cinematography/sets so it can't really be compared to regular dramas with more variety of plots/characters. It depends if you're in the mood for a makjang/melodrama or slice of life/crime. Judging by your watchlist it looks like you're more into regular/mainstream dramas so you might enjoy Police University better. I tried PU, it was an OK start but personally I prefer makjang dramas over slice of life even though the plots/characters are cliche and daily dramas look low budget in comparison but they can be addictive with those cliffhangers at the end of every episode, this one kinda resembles Golden Garden's plot except without the amnesia part. If you want to give this one a try you could still catch up to the episodes since it got delayed for a few weeks because of the Olympics. It's only 30 minutes everyday on the weekdays. Red Shoes' first 14 eps were kinda slow but I'm liking the recent episodes this week."
