Kingdom 2 (Korean: 킹덤; RR: Kingdeom) is a 2019 Korean political-phase horror thriller drama written by Kim Eun-hee and directed by Kim Seong-hun. The series has been given a positive review and refreshed for the second installment to be released on March 13, 2020.

Kingdom 2 is set during the Joseon Dynasty of Korea, three years after the Imjin War, the first part of Kingdom tells the story of Prince Lee Chang (Ju Ji-hoon) and his subordinates, his lover. Chess encounters an unusual plague that brings the dead back to life amidst an ongoing political conspiracy investigation and rumors of King Joseon's death. Amid the chaos and death that ensued, Chang met with allies who were trying to forge a foothold in the city-state of Sangju before it spread further into the province, only to discover that the plague had adapted. . The second part tells Lee Chang's struggle to save his people from the spread of plague and his dynasty from the conspiracy of the mighty Haewon Cho clan, who is hiding a sinister secret. .

The next day, Lord Cho Hak-ju's body disappeared. He was taken away by Mu-yeong, helped by Seo-bi and Cho Beom-pal. They run towards Hanyang, but on the way Mu-yeong is killed. She poisoned her recovered father who had discovered the lie, and organized a zombie research lab underneath her Palace. But the Queen implements the earth burning policy and orders the release of the zombies from the research room, and chaos ensues. However, the palace's plan to close the gates was not enough, and the Queen was eaten. The survivors eventually escaped to the Back Garden and broke the pond's ice. The zombies are stopped by the water current, while those who have been bitten but not yet transformed are saved from the transformation.

Seven years later, the baby ascends the throne, while Seo-bi, Yeong-shin and former Crown Prince investigate the northern provinces. As soon as they arrive at a seemingly empty village, a mysterious woman named Ashin (Jun Ji-hyun), appears inside a house, and stands next to the corpses confined inside wooden boxes. for some nefarious purposes.


Ju Ji-hoon as Lee Chang
