Cha Ju Ran had tuberculosis and was in poor condition, and was forced to move into boarding school by her stepmother. At this bizarre school, Ju Ran has had a difficult time adapting the application because her classmates are far away from the glitter. Hong Yeon Deok and the principal are the only ones who can tolerate feelings for Ju Ran. Gradually, Ju Ran started playing close to Yeon Deok, she always dreamed about the whole day they were sent to Tokyo, going for the strongest. However, one after another, the students in the school naturally disappeared mysteriously after making very strange expressions. Ju Ran is the only one who can see the missing people and Hong Yeon Deok believes her.
One night, both of them sneaked into the principal's room to find the diaries of the missing friends to see if there were any clues. Here, two girls have discovered a terrifying secret: this school is actually a super soldier experimental camp where the best reagent is teenage girls. Cha Ju Ran and Hong Yeon Deok fled, but Cha Ju Ran was captured and put on the operating table. At this point, the Japanese military did not believe the principal's experiments anymore, so dismissed her and demanded that all of her research be canceled. Cha Ju Ran took the opportunity to wake up and discovered that Hong Yeon Deok returned to save her and was drowned in the laboratory water tank. Angry at your death, Cha Ju Ran unleashed the power to kill the principal as well as the Japanese in revenge. The film ends with Cha Ju Ran hugging Hong Yeon Deok's body in the laboratory, which has now frozen to ice.

The original Korean work title was "Sonyeo" (literally "Girl"), before adopting the Korean name "Gyeongseonghakyoo: Sarajin Sonyeodeul" (literally "Gyeongseong School: Girls disappeared" ).
Filming began on August 3, 2014 at the Gyeseong School in Daegu, South Korea and ended on October 24, 2014 in Daejon, South Korea.
