Luke Evans

Luke George Evans (born 15 April 1979) is a Welsh actor. Evans began his career on the stage, performing in many of London's West End productions such as Rent, Miss Saigon, and Piaf before making his film breakthrough in the Clash of the Titans 2010 remake. Following his debut, Evans was cast in such action and thriller films as Immortals (2011), The Raven (2012), and the re-imagined The Three Musketeers (2011). In 2013, Evans starred as the main antagonist Owen Shaw in the blockbuster Fast & Furious 6, and also played Bard the Bowman in Peter Jackson's three-part adaptation of J. R. R. Tolkien's The Hobbit. Evans also portrayed the vampire Dracula in the character's film origin story, Dracula Untold. In 2017, Evans starred as Gaston in Disney's live action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast, and portrayed American psychologist William Moulton Marston, creator of fictional character Wonder Woman, in the biographical drama Professor Marston and the Wonder Women. Jessie Buckley (born 28 December 1989) is an Irish actress and singer. A Royal Academy of Dramatic Art graduate, she began her career in 2008 as a contestant on the BBC TV talent show I'd Do Anything, in which she came second. The recipient of a Laurence Olivier Award, in addition to nominations for an Academy Award and three BAFTA Awards, she was listed at number 38 on The Irish Times' list of Ireland's greatest film actors of all time, in 2020. Her early onscreen appearances include portrayals in BBC television series, such as Marya Bolkonskaya in the 2016 adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace, Lorna Bow in Taboo (2017) and Marian Halcombe in The Woman in White (2018). Buckley made her film debut playing the lead role of Moll Huntford in Beast (2017). Her other roles include Rose-Lynn Harlan in Wild Rose (2018), for which she received a nomination for the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role, Lyudmilla Ignatenko in the HBO miniseries Chernobyl (2019), the Young Woman in I'm Thinking of Ending Things (2020), Oraetta Mayflower in season four of Fargo (2020) and young Leda in The Lost Daughter (2021). Her performance in the latter earned her a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. In 2019, she was recognised by Forbes in its annual 30 Under 30 list. Buckley starred as Sally Bowles in a West End revival of Cabaret in 2021, for which she won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical.

Over the years he has also had roles in films such as Trainspotting, The Last Legion, Troy, and 2081 . He also appeared in Take the High Road as Alex Geddes from 1982-83. He is also a staple of British television, with credits in hundreds of television shows, Cosmo made a name for himself playing Scottish "tough guy" characters.

Jonathan Pryce

Jonathan Pryce, CBE (born 1 June 1947) is a Welsh stage and film actor and singer. After studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and meeting his long time partner, English actress Kate Fahy, in 1974, he began his career as a stage actor in the 1970s. His work in theatre, including an award-winning performance in the title role of the Royal Court Theatre's "Hamlet", led to several supporting roles in film and television. He made his breakthrough screen performance in Terry Gilliam's 1985 cult film "Brazil". Critically lauded for his versatility, Pryce has participated in big-budget films such as "Evita", "Tomorrow Never Dies", "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "The New World", as well as independent projects such as "Glengarry Glen Ross" and "Carrington". His career in theatre has also been prolific, and he has won two Tony Awards—the first in 1977 for his Broadway debut in "Comedians", the second for his 1991 role as "The Engineer" in the musical "Miss Saigon".
